Sandra Richardson has a Bachelor of Arts – Justice Studies degree from the University of Guelph Humber, and received her Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Sandra is a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists (OACCPP). Sandra utilizes evidence based approaches to therapy that are tailored to her clients’ unique needs.
Prior to receiving her Masters Degree, Sandra Richardson served 30 years as a municipal police officer in a variety fields within policing. Sandra was honoured to complete her practicum training at The Trauma Centre which allowed her to follow her passion in helping first responders and others find balance and hope within their daily lives.
