The Trauma Centre has offered a wide range of groups as the need presents. In the past groups that
​have been offered include: a gardening program for trauma/mood disorders; anxiety group for children and adolescents; clinical trauma support groups for first responders; grief; parenting; DBT; life transitions; and mindfulness groups.  Past groups in 2024 included Equine groups for eating disorders and for those with dementia.
