A trusting therapeutic relationship is the first imperative. This includes employing evidence-based theoretical strategies such as CBT, CPT, EMDR, IFS, to name a few, and other recognized and supportive treatment modalities such as peer support, equine therapy, mindfulness , etc. Our goal is to assist clients in rebuilding their resilience and sense of trust in self, others, and the world.”
“As I continue to observe the indomitable will of the human spirit as clients work through their journey of healing, I am still humbled and honoured by their courage and strength to overcome life’s adversities. Every day I continue to have the privilege of learning from clients and colleagues in this wonderful career we have chosen.”
