"My approach to therapy is client-centred and multi-disciplinary as each client comes with unique needs and abilities to cope with anxiety, grief, depression trauma or other life circumstances. A trusting therapeutic relationship is of first importance to me. Employing evidence-based strategies in CBT, CPT, EMDR and IPT, as well as supportive therapy approaches, provides the tools to help clients rebuild their sense of trust in self, others and the world."
"As I continue to observe the indomitable will of the human spirit as clients work through their journey of healing, I am humbled by their courage and strength to overcome life's adversities. Every day I have the privilege of learning from them. In order to balance my work, I enjoy time with family and friends, sports, travel, cooking, gardening and reading."
